With the autumn order peak approaching, CT TOYS has finished upgrading its assembly workshop in Hebei. Two additional ride-on assembly lines and an enlarged battery testing station are now in operation.
What Was Added
The two new lines are dedicated to 12V and 24V platforms, the fastest-moving segments this year. The expanded battery testing station doubles our capacity for charge-discharge cycling, which means every batch can be sample-tested without slowing the line.
What It Means for Buyers
Standard lead times for repeat orders drop from 35 days to around 30 days through October. Peak-season capacity is also up by roughly a quarter, which reduces the risk of split shipments when retailers pull forward their holiday orders.
Booking Ahead
Production slots for September and October are being allocated now. Buyers with confirmed artwork and compliance documents get priority scheduling, so it pays to finalise details early.
