From Steel Frame to Final Charge: How a CT TOYS Ride-On Car Is Built

Most buyers only see the finished box. Here is what actually happens inside the factory, in the order it happens.

Frame and Body

Production starts with the steel or reinforced plastic frame. Weld points are checked visually at each station, because a frame that is even slightly out of alignment will show up later as wheel wobble.

Bodywork and Paint

Shells are injection-moulded, then painted in dust-controlled booths. Colour consistency is checked against a master panel under both daylight and shop lighting — a car that looks perfect in one light and patchy in another will generate customer complaints.

Battery and Electronics

Wiring harnesses, control boards and batteries are fitted next. Every battery pack is charged and discharged at the testing station before it enters the line, and each car gets a functional test of the pedal, remote control and lights.

Final Test and Packing

Before boxing, each unit drives a short obstacle course on the floor: forward, reverse, turn, stop. Only then does it go into the carton with the charger, manual and spare parts. That final drive test is why our complaint rate stays low.
