Most ride-on cars ship 85% assembled — wheels, steering wheel, battery and trim need fitting. With the right order, assembly takes about half an hour.
Unbox and Sort
Lay out all parts against the manual. Confirm the box contains wheels, axle nuts, steering wheel, battery, charger, remote and manual. A missing part now beats discovering it halfway through.
Assembly Order
- Fit the front axle and steering assembly
- Attach the rear wheels and secure axle nuts
- Mount the steering wheel
- Connect the battery and test the horn/lights
- Pair the remote and test drive slowly
Tools You Need
A Phillips screwdriver, a 10mm spanner and wire cutters for cable ties cover 95% of ride-on assembly. Avoid over-tightening axle nuts — wheels need slight play to roll freely.
