There is no universal document pack for every ride-on toy shipment. Requirements change with the destination, battery configuration, age positioning and the exact SKU. The safest process is to make the document list part of the quotation.
Start with the destination market
Tell the factory where the goods will be sold and whether you need test reports, declarations, labels or manuals in a specific language. This prevents a document that looks useful but cannot be used for your market.
Match every file to the product
Record the model number, voltage, battery type and revision date on your checklist. The same body shell with a different motor or battery may require a different review. Our Certification page explains how files are confirmed by model.
Do not forget shipment paperwork
Commercial invoices, packing lists, carton marks and shipping documents should use the same SKU names and quantities. Ask for loading photos and a final carton count before dispatch.
