Terms & Conditions
The business terms governing quotations, orders and supply from CT TOYS.
1. General
These terms govern the use of cttoys.com and the business relationship between Hebei Chitu Manufacturing Co., Ltd. ("CT TOYS", "we") and its customers. By requesting a quotation or placing an order, you accept these terms.
2. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are FOB China ports unless agreed otherwise and are subject to final written confirmation. Product specifications may be adjusted within reasonable limits to reflect the latest certified production.
3. Orders, MOQ & Payment
Orders are confirmed only after written purchase order and payment terms agreement. Typical terms are 30% T/T deposit and 70% balance before shipment, or an agreed L/C. MOQs vary by model and are stated in quotations.
4. Samples
Samples are available for evaluation. Sample cost is usually charged and refunded or deducted from the first bulk order as agreed in writing. Samples reflect production quality but may differ slightly from final bulk units.
5. Production, Lead Time & Inspection
Bulk production typically takes 25–45 days after deposit and sample approval. Customers may arrange third-party inspection before loading; inspection results are shared before shipment.
6. Shipping & Risk
Shipping terms follow the agreed Incoterms. Risk of loss transfers at the agreed delivery point. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or force majeure.
7. Warranty
Standard warranty is 12 months from shipment for manufacturing defects, excluding normal wear, misuse and user-inflicted damage. Warranty claims are handled via spare-parts replacement or repair as agreed.
8. Intellectual Property
Product designs, artwork and custom tooling developed for a customer remain the customer's property after full payment, unless otherwise agreed. All CT TOYS branding and site content remain our property.
9. Liability
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a transaction is limited to the invoice value of the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hebei Province, China.
