The Test Sequence
Each unit passes through four checks. First, a static electrical test: charger connection, charge indicator, remote pairing. Second, a function test of pedal, lights and sounds. Third, a floor drive — forward, reverse, left, right, brake. Fourth, a visual inspection of paint, decals and fitment against the master sample.
Battery Batch Testing
Beyond per-unit checks, every production batch of batteries is cycle-tested in the lab: capacity against specification, temperature under load, and charge retention. A batch that fails never reaches the assembly line.
Records Buyers Can Audit
Test results are logged per carton. Buyers can request the testing record for their order with the shipping documents — many do, and it has become a quiet reason repeat orders keep coming back.
Why 100% Testing Pays
One failed unit in a container costs far more than the minute it takes to test it: warehouse claims, retailer chargebacks, a dented brand. Testing everything is simply cheaper.
