Cartons Built for Stacking
Each carton is specified by stacking strength, not just size. Ride-on cars are bulky, so containers are floor-loaded in tiers — the bottom cartons carry real weight for weeks. We use double-wall board for the base layer of every pallet row.
Moisture Control
Sea air finds every gap. Containers are lined, desiccant bags go into each carton batch, and carton vents are positioned to prevent condensation pooling against printed boxes. Damp cartons are the number-one avoidable complaint in this category.
Loading Discipline
Loading plans are calculated per order: weight distribution across the container, heavy models on the floor, light ones on top, and nothing stacked above rated height. Photos of every stuffed container are archived and shared with the buyer.
